Job description
We are looking for a fun enthusiastic person to join our Community Café team here at Hadston House serving the community and those most vulnerable in our community. We are a not-for-profit organization that strives on putting local people first and providing an outstanding range of services including our Community Café, Meals on Wheels and Lunch Clubs for senior citizens and all event catering.
We are an award-winning community organisation that has served the area for over 25yrs.
**Main duties include**:
- Working as part of a team
- Cooking food to order
- Cleaning and recording food safety paperwork
- Dealing with customers and taking cash
- Ordering and stock rotation
- Cooking, boxing meals and loading vans for Meals on Wheels
**Essential criteria**:
- Fun and friendly
- Experience of cooking
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Confident dealing with the public
- Team player
- High standards of cleanliness
