Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced full time or part-time Personal Assistant to join our team is Swindon with travel required to our offices in Cheltenham and Pangbourne.
- Diary management
- Preparation of paperwork/reports for meetings that the Director attends
- Clerical and administrative duties as you would expect for a role such as this, including telephone support
- Preparation of correspondence including letters and the drafting of general replies
- Forming and maintaining appropriate documentation
- Assistance with any project work or other ad-hoc activity as required
- Providing a service that is inline with the Director’s work habits and personal preferences
- Organising any ad hoc travel arrangements where required
- General administration duties
- Basic HR duties
Requirements of Key Skills;
- Great Interpersonal Skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask, such as being comfortable with handling several tasks at the same time
- Have a flexible approach to your workload as priorities are always changing
- At least 10 years’ experience as Personal Assistant to Director
- HR experience and basic Employment Law knowledge
What do we offer?
- Salary up to £50,000 full time equivalent
- 28 days of annual leave

In this role you will need to work with absolute confidentiality and discretion as you will be trusted with highly sensitive information. Flexibility will also be an important part of the role as some holiday and absence cover may be required.
In order to perform your duties it is essential for you to hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
