AVEVA is undertaking a transformation program (Contract to Cash) to revamp its platforms and processes as we manage our customers journey into the cloud & subscription (AVEVA Flex) while meeting the group’s ambitious growth plans and embracing the best tools and practices to ensure compliance, control, efficiency, and effective reporting. Alongside other system changes, the transformation must account for the increased volume of business that will be processed via AVEVA Connect.

AVEVA is seeking a full time, experienced software order fulfilment specialist who can operate as both the fulfilment team’s operational specialist in matters of AVEVA Connect fulfilment obligations but also work cross functionally to push continued development of the platform to meet our own needs while also supporting current business to operate with the current technology boundaries.
- Responsibilities_

The role is seen as a specialist role and will require working with team members from both within the commercial operations sub-functions (order Management & fulfilment) and other cross-functional departments that are contributors to the transformational program (Portfolio Team, Cloud Dev-Ops, Sales Operations, Sales & Pre-Sales, Contract Management, Licensing & Finance to name a few).

Supporting within Commercial Operations- Work with global fulfilment teams to become the specialist in fulfilment and reporting capabilities within the AVEVA Connect platform,- Be the super user for AVEVA Connect Platform and the first line of support for queries on new and existing AVEVA Connect functionality- Run demo workshops for regional leads and take a “train the trainer” approach towards regions- Work with Gainsight (customer intelligence platform) and AVEVA Connect team to enhance and customise reporting to meet the needs of the commercial operations function.- Participate and actively support the migration from legacy customer portal (i.e. GCS Flex portal) to AVEVA Connect.- Work with global fulfilment and global process owners to develop and maintain global process flow and standard operating procedure documentation (SOPs)- Work with the Senior Manager, AVEVA Flex & Cloud to identify areas for improvement through collaboration with cross functional teams, for example:
- Portfolio Team > to ensure AVEVA Connect continues to be developed and meet the needs of the internal users, specifically the fulfilment teams members-
- Release Readiness Team > to evaluate system and process readiness prior to the release to market of new and updated software offering to customers-
- Product and Pricing team > to ensure product information is available to the Commercial Operations function to ensure accuracy of downstream order processing and fulfilmentSupporting the Cross-Function Stakeholders- Working with the sales, pre-sales and contract management teams to ensure that pipeline commercial business opportunities are being written and developed in a manner that is inline with commercial operations processes and standard operating procedures.
- Skills & Qualifications_Demonstrable track record of working within a fulfilment function- Demonstrable track record and knowledge of working in a cross functional Operations Role.- Experience in effective liaison with internal stakeholders.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines effectively whilst working under pressure.- Proactive, clear and concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills for all forms of communication, particularly written communication
