Position: R&D Senior Member of Technical Staff

The job

As a part of this function, the R&D Technology and Execution team designs, develops, and maintains software products and solutions, including the underlying systems and architecture. Responsible for delivering world-class products and solutions using established standards and processes in collaboration with other R&D functions.

We are looking for an R&D Senior Software Engineer in Test, with the skills and passion to successfully implement test automation framework for our SaaS solution to join our Information Management team.

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the development team and product management to elicit the test requirements for the SaaS Solution.
- Define and implement the best suitable test framework.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and develop test strategies to effectively deliver products to meet high quality and release schedules
- Make sure that best practices have been followed in framework and scripts creation, ensure that your code is fully reviewed, tested, and documented with the agreed quality standards.
- Provide a demo of the automation progress highlighting the achievements and challenges faced during the implementation.
- Communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and 3rd parties to challenge, consult and deliver on test requirements.
- Identification and analysis of issues during test execution

Ideal experience
- Having a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Test Engineer in agile, object-oriented programming and product testing environment
- Knowledge and solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle Process
- Positive approach to problem solving with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Programming, troubleshooting, and debugging skills in C#.
- Hands on experience on Selenium, Visual Studio, etc.
- CI/CD Tools and processes in Azure DevOps
- Experience in Cloud Platform (Preferably AWS)
