This commitment is demonstrated in the diverse learning opportunities for individuals, leaders, and teams. These opportunities encompass a range of modalities, including virtual learning, e-learning, blended learning and other avenues.

Interns who engage in a rotation with People Development are afforded a unique opportunity to design programs tailored to address specific business requirements. Subsequently, they are tasked with gaining an understanding of adult learning principles, with the aim of either implementing new learning initiatives or revitalizing existing ones.

Compensation

A rotation with Compensation will enable you to gain an understanding of the different compensation strategies that businesses adopt to ensure that they can attract and retain the best talent.
