U.S. Embassy London is seeking an Immigrant Visa Assistant to serve within the Immigrant Visa Unit. You would be responsible for all aspects of processing immigrant visas. This includes in-person intake and customer service to immigrant visa applicants, as well US citizen and foreign clients; you would collect applicant and petitioner documentation and prepare cases for officers to conduct interviews and adjudication. The incumbent administers the online IV appointment system, communicates with applicants, petitioners, and legal representatives on immigrant visa related issues. This position is responsible for data entry, performs quality assurance and printing of authorized visas, flags suspect documents, and maintains physical and electronic records.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
Applicants must address each required qualification listed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the applicant is not qualified.

**EDUCATION**:
4 GCSEs, High School Diploma, or an equivalent academic qualification.
