We are looking for a Visa / Immigration Consultant
**Start Date**: Immediate
**Working hours**: This is a Full-time job
**Main responsibilities**:

- Handover of Passports to the High Commission and/or its Consulates.
- Scanning and uploading of documentation
- Tracking passport collection
- Preparing reports for day to day transactions
- General administration duties
- The above list is not exhaustive, and other duties may be required from time to time in line with business requirements
- Sells additional services by recognising opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
- Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Enhances organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Provide current and accurate information regarding visa and passport requirements, processing, and delivery, creating a superior experience for the Corporate customer.
- Build a dedicated and expanded customer base; educate customers about added-value products that may benefit them; demonstrate initiative in providing solutions and resolving client issues.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality, ensuring secure document handling and protection of client Personal Information and all other data.

**Experience/ Qualification required**:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Good attention to accuracy and detail
- A proactive can-do attitude
