Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Immigration Advisor to join our team in London, UK. As an Immigration Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on immigration procedures and requirements, preparing legal documents, and addressing issues related to labour and employment law.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration procedures and requirements
- Prepare legal documents and applications
- Address issues related to labour and employment law
- Develop and maintain knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Legal Advice and Labour and Employment Law skills
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and dealing with Legal Issues
- OISC Licenced
- Knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Relevant certification or degree in Law or related field
- Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus
- Previous work in the Education and/or Immigration industry is an advantage
