Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Advisor to join our team in London, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on immigration procedures and requirements, preparing legal documents, and addressing issues related to labour and employment law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on immigration procedures and requirements
  • Prepare legal documents and address issues related to labour and employment law
  • Offer advice on immigration law and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and procedures

Requirements

  • Legal Advice and Labour and Employment Law skills
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and dealing with Legal Issues
  • OISC Licenced
  • Knowledge of immigration law and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Relevant certification or degree in Law or related field
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus
