Immigration Lawyer

Vialto UK's global immigration team is seeking a skilled professional to join their team of immigration specialists. This presents an opportunity to work closely with colleagues in Global Tax services to deliver practical global mobility advice with a business focus. Our global immigration network provides immigration services in over 40 countries, including work permits, technology-driven business visa support, document procurement and legalization services, private client matters, and immigration consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the provision of immigration services, providing advice and assistance to clients under the supervision of Managers.
- Liaise with team members and clients to ensure effective, timely, and accurate administration of the immigration service/advice.
- Manage a varied caseload, providing accurate and timely advice on a wide range of immigration-related matters.
- Assist with the management of projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with client engagement accounting, including billing and collection issues.
- Assist with risk management checks for new and existing clients.
- Promote the immigration practice internally and externally.
- A minimum of two years' specific experience in private client immigration with further general immigration experience preferable.
- The ability to converse in a foreign language is also of interest.
- Knowledge of the range of family applications under Appendix FM and Part 8 of the Immigration Rules.
- Experience with visit visa applications, sole representative of overseas business applications, and sports immigration would be of interest.
- Commercial awareness and ability to confidently deal with demanding situations, people, and requirements.
- Proficient in the use of office software and online research resources.
