Job Title: Immigration Lawyer/Immigration Caseworker Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid or office-based, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office

Team: UK Legal Team

Contract: 1 x permanent with a 6 months probationary period and 2 x fixed-term for 12 months

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated individuals to join our UK Legal Team as Immigration Lawyers/Immigration Caseworker Supervisors. As a key member of our team, you will run a caseload of complex family reunion entry clearance applications and appeals, working closely with colleagues in SPI France and Greece, as well as external professionals.

You will be determined and committed to delivering high-quality legal casework, supporting asylum-seeking children to reunite with family members in the UK. Your attention to detail, flexibility, efficiency, and ability to work independently and under supervision will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a caseload of complex family reunion entry clearance applications and appeals
  • Work closely with colleagues in SPI France and Greece, as well as external professionals
  • Deliver high-quality legal casework, supporting asylum-seeking children to reunite with family members in the UK
  • Collaborate with the UK Legal Team to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Good immigration casework experience
  • Ability to work independently and under supervision
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and efficiency
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
