Job Title: Immigration Lawyer/Immigration Caseworker Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer/Immigration Caseworker Supervisor to join our UK Legal Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a proven track record of delivering high-quality casework.

About the Role:

The Immigration Lawyer/Immigration Caseworker Supervisor will be responsible for running a caseload of complex family reunion entry clearance applications and appeals. They will work closely with colleagues in the UK Legal team and collaborate with external organizations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of complex family reunion entry clearance applications and appeals
  • Work closely with colleagues in the UK Legal team to ensure effective case management
  • Collaborate with external organizations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Provide training and support to junior team members
  • Contribute to the development of the UK Legal Team's policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Strong background in immigration law
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality casework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
