Bay Immigration Law is seeking an experienced Immigration Law Paralegal to join our team. As an Immigration Law Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing O-1/EB-1 cases under the supervision of Case Managers, Case Directors, and Attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and implement edits from Case Manager and Attorney(s).
- Prepare and process immigration cases with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Case Managers, Case Directors, and Attorneys to ensure seamless case management.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional written communication skills to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Prior extensive experience in research and drafting.
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
