McKinlay Law, a well-established and reputable law firm in London, is seeking a highly skilled Russian speaking immigration law specialist to join their leading immigration team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Russian law and experience working within the Russian legal system. A law degree from a Russian university and completion of the LPC are highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of immigration cases, including work permits, spousal applications, and entrepreneur cases. They will also be expected to navigate the court system, including appeals and judicial review.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Russian speaking immigration law specialist to join a busy and dynamic firm. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal assistance and advice to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling immigration cases, including work permits, spousal applications, and entrepreneur cases
- Navigating the court system, including appeals and judicial review
- Providing high-quality legal assistance and advice to clients
- Working closely with the immigration team to achieve case goals
Requirements:
- Strong background in Russian law
- Experience working within the Russian legal system
- Law degree from a Russian university
- Completion of the LPC
- Excellent client skills
- Fluency in both Russian and English
