Immigration Advisor Role

Jobbatical is seeking a highly skilled Immigration Advisor to join our global mobility team. This role requires a registered immigration advisor with Level 2 OISC accreditation and excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assist in immigration cases, including designing processes, preparing documentation, and communicating with clients, assignees, and government institutions.
  • Provide immigration consultations for clients and assignees.
  • Develop and maintain immigration processes, workflows, and guidelines.
  • Support colleagues with immigration-related information and participate in sales meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 OISC registered immigration advisor.
  • Fluent communicator in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in corporate client-facing positions and relocation processes.
  • Knowledge of the full relocation process and ability to work with colleagues in multiple countries.
