What you’ll do

As the product and propositions lead for the IoT, Cloud and Security portfolio, you will lead a team of 20 product and proposition managers and product owners. The team lead is accountable for defining and delivering a roadmap of product development which supports Vodafone Business UK in our growth ambitions. You will work in close collaboration with commercial and operational teams, optimising performance of our product portfolio. You will also be responsible for delivering insight-based customer propositions that add clear, differentiated value for both our customers and our business - allowing us to win in the market and deliver our ambitions for profitable growth.
- Responsible for ensuring the portfolio meets its commercial and customer experience targets
- You will define differentiated customer propositions based on insight and designing and delivering products to support those propositions within the defined capex and OpEx envelope.
- Responsibility for the end to end product life cycle from new feature development, continuous improvement & the definition, and implementation of new products/services
- Ensuring differentiated proposition positioning that sets us apart from the competition and messaging framework that will be utilised across VF Business for both internal and external communication that clearly articulates our USP and clear customer benefits/outcomes.
- Maintaining strong communication channels and own relationships with UK/Group product teams, as well as sales and commercial leads and operational teams supporting the products

Who you are
- Significant experience as a product manager or propositions manager, including previous experience in IOT, Cloud and/or Security
- Demonstrable experience of leading in a large matrix organisation
- Strong commercial experience
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills at a senior leadership level
- Strategic mindset, proven track record of defining and implementing product and/or propositions strategy
