Childrens Residential Support Worker

Our client, a Children's Supported Living service in New Milton, provides care and support for children and young adults with learning difficulties and autism.
We are working very closely with them to provide day and night support workers to join their growing team.
**To be considered for this Support Worker position, you should have the following**:
Min 6 months experience in a similar environment
Proven experience working with Children/Young Adults
Driving is a must, and you should be able to commit to 30hrs per week
We are looking for individuals who have the correct values that can also be trained and supported, delivering care and support to transform the lives of those you support
**You will be expected to**
Support everyone differently to their individual needs.
Be involved in a range of duties, from supporting people and carrying out checks as well to light cleaning duties..
Shift patterns vary from 8am to 11pm. You can also choose to work half days if this fits your schedule.
**Job Types**:
Temporary contract, Zero hours contract, Temp to perm, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time, Fixed term contract
Rate: £12.50 per hour plus mileage (up to 20miles)
Schedule:
- 15 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends
**Experience**:
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
