Join an esteemed Children's Home in New Milton, where dedicated care and support are provided to children and young adults with learning difficulties and autism.
In close collaboration with our client, we are seeking compassionate day and night support workers to become valued members of their expanding team.

To qualify for this rewarding Support Worker role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated experience of at least 6 months in a similar setting
Proven track record of working effectively with Children/Young Adult
Possession of a valid driver's licence and availability for 30 hours per week commitment
We are in search of individuals who embody our values and are eager to undergo training and support to deliver transformative care and support to those we serve.

Responsibilities encompass:
Personalising support according to individual needs
Engaging in a variety of tasks, including assistance, checks, and light cleaning duties

Shifts offer flexibility from 8 am to 11 pm, including the option for half-day shifts to accommodate personal schedules.

Remuneration: £12.50 per hour plus mileage reimbursement (up to 20 miles)

Schedule Preferences:
15-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, Daytime shifts, Weekend availability

Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a Support Environment
Preferred NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care certification

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 18 weeks

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
