Year on year, we have been growing and expanding our services, and we are now seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker in our children's home, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your main responsibilities will include guiding and supervising the support team, ensuring the well-being and development of the children, and creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example and inspire the support team with your commitment to providing outstanding care.
- Supervise and support residential support staff, offering guidance and training as needed.
- Implement care plans, risk assessments, and individual support plans for each child.
- Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes the children's personal growth and development.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children in a residential setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring children.

**Salary**: £26,300.00-£31,100.00 per year
