**We are on the search for dedicated Waking Night Support Workers**

Year on year, we have been growing and expanding our services, and we are now seeking a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our dynamic team.

As a Waking Night Support Worker in our children's home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of the children during the night hours. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring the home, providing reassurance to the children, and responding to any needs that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay awake and alert throughout the night shift to provide support and supervision.
- Conduct regular checks on the children, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Be prepared to respond to any emergencies or issues that may occur during the night.
- Document incidents, observations, and any necessary information for the daytime staff.
- Foster a calming and nurturing atmosphere to help children feel secure.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (desirable).
- Previous experience working with children or in a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
- A genuine desire to support and care for children.
