**Are you looking for an exciting new role in the charity sector? We are looking for an administrator to join our Fundraising Team.**

As Fundraising Administrator (Special Projects) you will play a pivotal role in supporting theFundraising Team to deliver an excellent service both internally working across teams and externally with the public. This role will support the delivery of our Capital Appeal and next Wild in Art Trail by ensuring quality administration of those projects.

**Main duties will include**:

- To provide admin support across special projects including minuting meetings
- To handle incoming and outgoing post
- To process donations and handle cash if required
- To answer the phones and handle any supporter or volunteer queries appropriately
- To maintain the CRM database on a regular basis keeping records of all supporter interactions
- Working to CRM processes designed in collaboration with the Database and Insight Officer
- Raise purchase orders and attribute to relevant budgets

**Key skills required**:

- Ability to act with tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely across all communication mediums
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work as a team to deliver service standards
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A high level of flexibility and ability to demonstrate a positive attitude
- Self-Initiative, drive and enthusiasm to add value and contribute to project delivery

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £21,420.00-£23,715.00 per year
