Full Time Customer Service Advisor

A professional telephone manner and strong communication skills are a must as this is a fast-paced environment and you will be handling a high volume of calls for a big banking brand. - There's no need for any previous financial services experience - we'll provide all the training required across a comprehensive 6-week training programme.

Pay Rate: £12.71
Contract: This will be an on-going contract with permanent opportunities available
Hours: Full Time (35hrs per week)
Working 5 days out of 7
Shifts are between 11:00am - 21:00pm
Hybrid options available after 3 months
(Working from home 3 days per week and 2 days in the office)
So what's involved?
You will take inbound customer calls and do your best to help the person at the other end of the line.
You will show care and understand what matters to them and if you don't know the answer then you'll have access to plenty of colleagues that do.
From day one you will learn all about the bank's products, processes and systems and you'll learn how to respond to queries quickly and become better every day.
The person we are looking for:
- You're a people person - working with your team to provide a really crucial service to millions of customers.
- Previous customer service experience (call centre/retail/hospitality/front of house/receptionist)
- Excellent communication - oral and written.
- Confident telephone manner (previous telephony experience is desirable)
- Passion to put yourself in the customers shoes, show empathy and be dedicated to resolving their query.
- The commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer.
