We are looking for a **College Services Advisor** to join our team.

The College Services team play a vital role in supporting the administrative services provided to staff and students within the College. The team provides support across a range of areas, including academic and quality assurance, student experience, progression, compliance, welfare and administration. Some occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Support Advisor or Customer Service Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

**Essential**
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Strong interest in working with students and in particular international students.
- A pleasant personal and telephone manner.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines when necessary.
- Strong and proven commitment to a customer service and teamwork ethos.

**Desirable**
- Experience of working with international students.
- Experience of working with large scale databases.
- Administrative experience in the tertiary education sector.
