**Job Title**: Customer Support Administrator
**Location**:Shefford, Bedfordshire
**Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
**Job type**:Permanent, Full time
Drive Lines Technologies Ltd is part of the RAR UK Holdings group. We are a UK distributor of mainly German manufactured mechanical power transmission products. We have been operating in many different markets in the UK since 1985.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Order processing - entering customer orders on Sage system, placing purchase orders, checking supplier acknowledgements
- Raising invoices & delivery notes
- Maintaining customer order progress spreadsheets
- Expediting orders
- Updating CRM database
- Maintain supplier price lists
- Ensure customer special requirements - C of C; Material cert; Calibration cert etc
This is a full time permanent position based at our Shefford office. A flexible attitude to your role in a small, dynamic company will be expected.
**About you**:
- You will have a methodical and diligent approach, ideally with experience of working in a busy sales office environment with deadlines to meet
- Basic experience in business management
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and ITC skills
- Experience of the industrial power transmission market will be an advantage
