**About The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen due to the promotion of the current post holder. We are looking to recruit to the full-time post (37 hours per week) of Case Support Co-ordinator within the Purbeck Locality Team based in Wareham. A post plays is an integral part in supporting the Locality Team support the people within the Purbeck area.
