Job Title: Co-ordination Specialist

At Compass UK & Ireland, we are seeking a skilled Co-ordination Specialist to join our team in Defence operations. The successful candidate will work part-time (20 hours per week) on a 4-day basis. This role involves being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests, escalating complaints, and supporting continuous improvement.

As a key member of our team, you will interpret and log requests, sort and dispatch calls to relevant departments, and resolve issues accurately first time. You will also maintain quality work, progress your career with us, and enjoy a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this role, excellent telephone manner, and the ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality. They will be committed to following procedures, have exceptional organisation skills, and be able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
