Providing high-quality customer service for Conference & Event potential clients, delegates and visitors to School, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders. Acting as supervisor to the Reception Team and supporting the Deputy School Operations Manager in resource planning.

Operating as part of the interdepartmental School Operations Team, the post-holder will undertake projects and champion activities on behalf of the School and provide support to other Departments as required.

Engaging in a cross-School community of practice with School Operations colleagues, working towards continuous business improvement and standardisation.

They will work with business partners throughout the Faculty and wider University.
