**The Role**:
- A very exciting time to join a very fast growing company with genuine career opportunities.
- Full time role. 4 days working in the office + 1 day remote.
- Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
- Entering employee data into computer database.
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations.
- Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities.
- Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
- Reporting to the HR Manager.
**The Ideal Person**:
- Two years or more experience as an HR Assistant or related position.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibilities.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Full understanding of payroll practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ideally you will have CIPD Qualification or want to works towards that.
- Full training, support and career progression will be outlined by your manager.
