Our client, who are a UK leading independent consultancy, are recruiting for an Administrator to join their People/HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to kick start their career in HR, to join a well established team who will providesupport and training throughout your employment.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering timely and high quality administrative work throughout the internal employee life cycle, as well as responsible for certain HR Administrative processes. An example of some of the duties required,
- Administrative support - Employment references, preparing letters and contracts for employee changes such as new starters, leaver, maternity leave etc.
- Accurately maintain the HR System and Employee Records
- Managing the general inbox
- Process employee data in line with GDPR
- Collate employee survey feedback
Required skills and experiences,
- Proven experience within a fast paced Administrative role
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be confident using Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, etc.
- Be a committed team player
- Have a keen interest in Human Resources
