You will need to be a born organiser with excellent MS Office skills (Office and Word predominantly). You will also need to have great communication skills to liaise with the Consultant, the Practise Manager and administrative staff across the other practises so someone who likes variety, enjoys working with people and who likes to be busy in their role.
You will be fully trained on any of the software and as a pivotal member of this small team so you will need to be a self-starter, discreet and calm to reassure clients and be able to work under pressure.
