Role
The Administration Assistant role is a business support role. The overall objective is to provide general assistance which is fundamental to the smooth running of the office.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Travel arrangements for Directors, Regional Managers and project team staff, including flights, accommodation and transfers.
- Ensuring Duty of Care questionnaires have been fully completed
- Producing Travel profiles for staff & update when required
- Preparation of Letters & POA’s when required
- Arranging documents to be notarised and legalised.
- Filing & Maintaining Confidential Records
- Copying, Printing, Binding and scanning of documents
- Formatting Documents
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Couriering documents
- Assisting in the production of tasks that may arise in the course of day to day business operations
You would also help with accounts admin tasks which would come at a later date and full training would be given
No experience required as full training will be given.
Company laptop provided.
Up to £19,000 - depending on experience with the opportunity to rise
Start Date: ASAP
