In this essential role, you'll be a key member of our Mobility Aids Hire service. You'll ensure the day-to-day delivery of essential temporary loan wheelchairs and mobility aids to the public. Our mission is to support those who need it most and ensure they have the equipment they need to in times of crisis.
With a team dedicated volunteers will be by your side, together, we'll make sure our service runs efficiently and effectively Your dedication will make a tangible different to service user:

Your tasks will be diverse and rewarding. From handling referrals and loaning out stock, to managing paperwork and IT systems, no two days will look the same. **What will a day in the life of an Admin**
**Assistant**
**look like?**
- You’ll be tasked with ensuring our outlet is managed in line with national standards, policies and procedures
- Managing local marketing when required and ensure relationships with hospital and referring agencies are positive
- Ensuring service users have access to up to date and relevant information on how to use equipment effectively and safely will be a priority
- You’ll ensure service statistical information is collected, collated and reported accurately
- You'll have responsibility for overseeing Payments/donations ensuring they are taken and accounted for in accordance with policy.

- Are computer literate with ability to work with online stock management system and Microsoft office
- Are a ‘people person’ and have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload under pressure
- Able and confident to handle cash and card payments
