**Sales Development Representative, Business to Business Sales**
**Up to £28K Basic Salary, £50K+ OTE (uncapped) and in year two and beyond, could feasibly be £80,000+**This is a business-to-business new business-oriented role with a **well-established professional services provider**. It is perfect for an **ambitious** and **highly likeable person** that is looking for a role where **high call volumes are expected,** yet once an introduction is over, you can move on to the next call. It would suit someone that wants to come to work during standard office hours, work hard, and make lots of commission but nottake any work, concerns or hassle home with them. In year two and beyond, your OTE should be more than £80,000.
**The Role**
This business-to-business sale is pitching the features and benefits of the services to gain initial interest before working with the Account Delivery team to secure the sale. The role ideally requires some telesales experience but is a role where qualityrather than quantity of calls counts. The role is calling from a database of businesses showing tentative interest and will involve making approximately 80 calls per working day to secure 10 leads. The commission scheme is very straightforward, paid monthlyand is uncapped.
The sale is a 'warm' and friendly call that is not scripted in any way and requires an individual that is happy in a proactive sales role and can get their vibrant and vivacious personality across in every call. After the first few months, the role couldturn into a hybrid role working two days per week from home.

**What's Required**
Your attitude is more important than extensive experience. However, at interview, you must be able to detail where you have excelled and have pushed yourself 'out of your comfort zone', perhaps in sport or other 'outside of work' activities. Your spiritand hard-working attitude are more important, together with a desire to improve your earnings.
