**Position Overview**:
As the Partner Channel Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding our network of potential partners through proactive outreach and engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include creating potential partnerships via outbound cold calls, engaging with prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth of our customer base while representing a market-leading brand in job management software. As one of the leading job management software providers in the UK and Ireland, Fieldmotion is seeking an experienced Partner Channel Executive to drive our lead generation efforts and establish robust partner relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and align them with Fieldmotion’s solutions.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
- Represent Fieldmotion at industry events and conferences as needed.

**Essential Criteria**
- Proven experience in Account management, preferably within the software industry.
- Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office products
- Have excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and confident in their abilities
- Sales and reward driven

**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work individually as well as a team
- Prosper in a fast-paced, task focused environment with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines
- An active interest in technology and relevant industries is desirable
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
