**Helpdesk Administrator**
**Refresh Vending is a growing business providing high quality refreshment vending services to businesses around the Midlands.**
Due to our expanding business we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Coordinator Administrator to join our team.
You must live within 20 minutes commute of Coleshill B46 1HG and have your own transport to get there
All applicants must be computer literate, have excellent organisational skills, be able to perform under pressure and prioritise workload with a systematic approach.
**Job description: -**
- Experience in a customer service or a call centre role, ideally in a commercial office environment within a facilities management sector.
- Excellent organisational skills to keep information up to date, filed and recorded as required.
- Able to react in a fast-moving environment and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with a wide range of individuals.
**Job role includes**:
- Manage any subcontractors carrying out PPM on behalf of integral including all associated paperwork and purchase orders.
It is not essential for you to come from a facilities management background, although this would be an advantage.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
