**Department Summary**

One Team Stellantis (OTS) is our integrated agency solution for the exFCA and exPSA brands within Stellantis, the world’s fourth largest OEM. Stellantis has an array of the world’s most exciting car brands and with a continued shift to electrification coupled with identifying synergies within their marketing operations, this is a fantastic client to work on to help them unlock growth in a platform world.

The Planning team within OTS are the guardians of our relationship with the Stellantis brands; Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, and Vauxhall. We are deeply immersed in their business, acting as a highly valued and influential extension of their brand marketing teams. We drive the strategic direction of media and wider communications, working closely with our Strategy, DDT, Performance, and Investment teams to deliver industry leading automotive solutions.

**Role Summary**

We are looking for an energetic passionate Planning Operations Executive (entry level), for our Stellantis account based in our Starcom Planning team in London. This role would suit an individual with great organization skills, who is good with numbers and who is also able to think outside the box and be proactive in finding solutions for local challenges and solutions where required. Although the role is within the Planning team, the job will require frequent communication with our internal finance team, Global Starcom team, our wider resource team based off-site and our internal buying teams.

Responsibilities include:

- Work with Starcom Planning team to identify and ensure wider Stellantis team and new joiners are aware of the finance process and are adhering to the gold standard process in place as well as ensure training is set up as and when needed.
- Maintain relationships with the Stellantis Planning team across all brands to deliver financial accuracy across the account.
- Become proficient at using key systems including Mediaocean, Clutch, IPS, Power BI.
- Join and prep for pre-billing meetings and assist in resolving unbilled queries and work with the Planning and Investment teams to ensure spend gets reconciled on time.
- Work with the individual brand teams to ensure PO tracker is updated when POs are received.
- Maintain accurate records on the shared drive and filing of all relevant documents within set folders.
- Ensure budgets on the central Stellantis System match up with annual laydowns and are updated when activity is reconciled.
