**Department Summary**
The Collective is our integrated agency solution for the Stellantis brands (Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, Vauxhall). The world’s fourth largest OEM. The Collective is a joint solution across Starcom and Digitas that delivers end to end transformative solutions and business growth. We work closely in partnership with creative agency partners to deliver holistic solutions. Stellantis has an array of the world’s most exciting car brands and with a continued shift to electrification coupled with identifying synergies within their marketing operations, this is a fantastic client to work on to help them unlock growth in a platform world.
The Planning team within Collective are the guardians of our relationship with the Stellantis brands; Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, and Vauxhall. We are deeply immersed in their business, acting as a highly valued and influential extension of their brand marketing teams. We drive the strategic direction of media and wider communications, working closely with our Strategy, DDT (Digital, Data & Tech), Performance, and Investment teams to deliver industry leading automotive solutions.

We are looking for an energetic Planning Exec, for our Stellantis account, based in our Starcom Planning team in London. The Stellantis planning team is a close-knit team where we foster an atmosphere of collaboration as well as ensuring the team grow and learn. You will work within a team including a Business Director, Account Director, Manager and Senior Executive.
**What will you be doing?**
This role calls for a dynamic, brave & passionate mind to work on one of the most exciting and newest accounts at Starcom. You’ll work closely with our internal activation teams, and creative partners, to drive the smartest and bravest ideas as well as ensuring best in class campaign delivery. Attention to detail is absolutely essential in this role as you will lead on client reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.
In addition, you’ll also:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients, managing expectations and delivery.
- Support the Planning lead by maintaining high standards in execution, campaign delivery and operational excellence.
- Create innovative ideas to support proactive media opportunities for the client
- Work with the planning team to identify key comms insight & drive transformational media solutions.
- Work with Investment and Performance teams to deliver seamless and timely responses.
- This role will cover digital, above the line media, brand, performance and innovation.
