**Customer Service Administrator**

**Monday-Friday: 9am - 5:00pm**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our company which prides itself on its industry and product knowledge. A friendly family owned business which has been trading for nearly 200 years specialising in the luxurious sector of the bathroom industry.

We understand that every customers needs are different and we take pride in delivering a service that puts our customer at the heart of our business.

**Your Role**
- providing technical information to customers
- managing the daily workload to a deadline
- Deal with / escalate problem calls
- Develop relationships with existing and new accounts
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
- Other admin duties as allocated

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Excellent telephone manner and desire to provide superior customer service is essential
- Must be able to work independently and deal with customer requirements
- Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to forge relationships with new and existing customers
- Work well within a team
- Good organisational skills, have good attention to detail
- Being confident, thorough and collaborative
- Bathroom, plumbing, electrical or technical background would be an advantage, but not essential

**Your Salary**

The salary we are offering is 22k per annum. Enrolment into our company pension scheme (after a qualification period), 20 days paid holiday not including bank holidays.
