Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
You will employed for book keeping and ‘back office’ administrative services, reporting to THE BOARD. Your duties are set out in the following job description:
- Ensure that all invoicing, credit notes, credit management and credit control tasks are carried out to a high degree of care and skill and that those tasks are carried out promptly and accurately;
- Use best endeavours to support the sales agents to ensure that the aggregate turnover of the Customers is maintained and use all reasonable endeavours to increase sales to the Customers during the term of this agreement
- Ensure that any outstanding financial matters relating to enquiries, requests for information, complaints or orders are satisfied with a high degree of care and skill and in a professional and courteous manner;
- Complete reports on all sales orders placed by the Board and support the sales agents in completing their reports;
- Also actively deliver any other reasonable tasks and services requested by the company as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration, book keeping
- Proven experience in the similar role
- Knowlegde of italian language and italian products is compulsory.
Salary based on experience.
