**Position**: Senior Residential Support Worker

**Shifts**: 3 nights a week, 8pm to 8am (flexible or fixed days to suit the right person plus 4 hrs for supervision/training)

**Location**: East Tilbury

**Salary**: £27,040 - £30,784 per annum + £50 per additional sleep-in shift

**Your Role**:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Registered Manager to develop our 4-bedded home. You’ll be instrumental in:

- Leading well-planned shifts that prioritize our children’s needs.
- Offering coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations through high-quality service delivery.
- Attending team meetings on Thursdays for ongoing training and team integration.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Commitment: Ready for full-time work (40 hours) over evenings and/or weekends.
- Qualifications: At least RQF Level 3.
- Experience: at least 1 year working experience in relevant/related field
- Skills: Excellent reporting, attention to detail, and the ability to support team development.
