Sales Administrator

General administration to support the smooth functionality of the department. This includes handling and dealing objectively and conclusively with customer enquiries and orders.

**Description**
- Handle telephone enquiries into the department
- Dealing with customer questions and complaints sensitively and effectively
- Follow procedure to solve customer problems and issues
- Achieving customer satisfaction targets
- Support the external Sales Team
- Working closely with internal departments, particularly supply chain and dispatch, to ensure the product delivery is on time
- Track courier deliveries and escalate issues where required
**Profile**
- Experienced in a B2B sales support / customer service function or a B2B sales/telemarketing environment
- Previous experience of working as part of a team
- A good knowledge of customer databases and experience of MS Office [word, excel and powerpoint]
- Demonstrable experience of flexibility in previous roles or working in a multi functional role
- Have the ability to resolve any arising conflict
- Be comfortable with working to deadlines
