** Full-time office-based role: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm **

**Main duties**:
To manage the IT helpdesk, provide the highest standard of customer service and give first line technical support for new and existing clients in the UK and Europe.

**The Role**:

- To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
- To provide fault diagnosis and technical support on the helpdesk
- To maintain customer records and manage orders / sub orders / credit notes
- To deal with IT related technical and product problems
- To build good relationships with customers and understand their needs
- To liaise with Production, Returns and Administration departments
- Process payments and any refunds if necessary
- To monitor and report customer satisfaction levels
- To provide support to UK clients when the Spanish line is not busy
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) - Essential**:

- Previous experience in a technical customer service environment - Beneficial
- Previous experience in IT sector - Beneficial
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- Excellent telephone communication
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Ideally based in Huddersfield or surrounding areas
