Customer Service Representative - Spanish and English

Camira is a pioneering textile manufacturer with a rich history and a passion for innovation. As a Global Customer Experience Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class customer service experiences to our global clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
