We are a growing events business with awards shows in Belfast, Dublin and Glasgow. We require someone to fill an admin role which includes sales support and managing our social media accounts.

- Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare and distribute sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items
- Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
- Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Monitor social media platforms and assist in managing online presence
- Provide support in organizing and attending events, trade shows, and conferences

Experience and qualifications...
- Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies essential
