A very friendly Wealth manager based in Ingatestone are keen to appoint an experienced Accounts and Payroll assistant to help with the back office function of their business.
The duties of the role include Banking, invoicing, proof reading, organising staff rotas/holidays. Ordering stationery and keeping on top of office contracts.
Looking after the office insurances, PI etc. managing client reviews, debtor reports and credit card reconciliation.
In addition, putting together VAT return info, payroll and petty cash.
The position is full time, office based and is working in a very friendly and supportive team.
The role is available immediately.
