An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and growing Lettings Agency in Essex

Barringtons Property is a well-established independent Lettings and Management company with a large portfolio of properties in and around Essex. Due to recent growth, we are searching for an organised and confident individual, who has previous experience managing the maintenance on properties to join this fast paced, innovative organisation.

**Annual salary - £21,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.**

**Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm**

**Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-6pm**
- **(With a 1 hour unpaid lunch break)**_

**Role Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Keeping the landlord, tenant and contractor updated throughout the job
- Ensuring all legal documents are up to date, such as GSI, EICR&EPC's
- Meeting and greeting new and existing clients
- General office ad-hoc duties

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Administration experience essential
- Lettings experience essential
- High level of organisation and time management
- Ability to multitask work well under pressure
- Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list
- Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Goods literacy and numeracy skills
- Good computer skills to use Microsoft Excel, Word
- Willingness to learn specialised lettings software, such as Alto and Goodlord
