**Your New Daily Hustle**:
As our Sales Consultant here's what your day might look like:

- Proactively chatting with potential clients about our game-changing coaching programs.
- Managing and prioritising your own schedule to book calls and follow-up on hot leads.
- Going full Sherlock - getting to know our potential clients, tailoring the pitch, and sealing the deal as long as it is right for them and for us.
- Championing our love for coaching and personal development.

**You're Perfect If You**:

- Can't stop selling from a place of serving others. Seriously, if you've got experience, especially in coaching or personal development, we're looking at you
- Want to spend your day on Zoom calls helping others make informed decisions
- Want to own your own schedule and are a high performer that thrives on accountability.
- Love to work remotely and can travel to the office in Chelmsford a couple of times a month. (We are in a converted barn in a rural location so own transportation is required.)
- Thrive on having targets that you can hit
- Are constantly wanting to improve.
- Are genuinely inspired by coaching/personal development and the impact it can have.

If youalready have industry experience in selling coaching programmes, courses, or services you’ll just to the top of our list.

- A £24k basic salary to cover - well the basics, and a tiered commission structure that'll mean you earn more based on the more business you generate, realistically up to £70k in year one - you even earn commission on existing clients renewing each year.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
