Customer growth continues to accelerate at Ascertra. To help ensure the ongoing optimal use of our document control solution by our customers and also help maintain our own internal work processes and routines in document control, we are seeking a knowledgeable document control colleague to join our team. This role will be involved both proactively and reactively handling support tickets and dialogue with our customers in their use of our software. **Primary Duties/Responsibilities**
- Maintain and develop internal working processes
- Work together with other units within Ascertra and our sub-suppliers to secure progress and good solutions both internally and for our customers
- Contribute to and coordinate our internal advisory board / steering committee in product development and document management
- Reception and screening of incoming incidents from our customer’s super users via our customer portal
- Update internal systems with relevant customer information
- Proactively guide and solve our customer’s technical/functional questions and issues related to the software
- Communicate with our customers in a trustworthy manner

**Qualifications**
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent in computer science or engineering
- In addition, you have relevant experience and knowledge within several of the following areas:

- Development/support/customer support from business-critical software
- Interest in and experience with the use of document and information management solutions
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in Databases such as queries and SQL statements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Cloud-based technology
