Office Administrator - Livingston
4 day working week,
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm.
£20k - £25k
Our client are looking for someone who is well-organised, tenacious, and a keen all-rounder. This is an opportunity for someone who is keen for further development and career progression. Training and development courses will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Invoice processing.
- Upkeep of subcontractor information - processing/updating paperwork.
- Placing material orders with suppliers.
- Assist site and commercial team as and when required.
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required.
- Typing Letters, Minute taking, etc.
- Manage office equipment stock and procurement within budget.
- Maintain overall responsibility for managing the main company telephone calls.
- Responding to queries in a timely manner, forwarding queries on to the relevant persons when appropriate.
- Diary management; entering and amending appointments, holidays, and absences on outlook.
- Maintain relationship with landlords and external suppliers.
- General secretarial duties including photocopying, binding, filing, and archiving.
Knowledge skills and Experience:
- Able to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and develop strong working relationships.
- Flexible attitude with good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and able to take responsibility for the day to day running of the office.
