**What we’re looking for from you to join our team**

The Assets Data Officer will support the delivery of Plus Dane’s Asset Management strategy and investment plans, through the accurate collation, analysis and reporting of key asset data.

They will:

- Working with the Assets Planning Manager to produce the 1-, 5- and 30-year investment plans, energy efficiency programmes and projects.
- Lead the production, analysis and reporting of Plus Dane’s property portfolio performance monitoring, compliance and investment purposes.
- Procure specialist reports, valuations and stock condition surveys to determine the condition of the stock and projected component lifecycles across rolling 5-year plans.
- Support the Sustainability Manager to develop a decarbonisation plan to ensure Plus Dane achieves EPC by 2030 and net zero carbon by 2050.
- Develop the KPI methodology and ensure monitoring information is provided accurately and timely to support the corporate monitoring systems.
- Support the Head of Planned Investment to develop and deliver small scale projects.
